What is the accused persons's SteamID? STEAM_0:1:27841135

What is the reason of the report? Illegal ff, was warned by an admin prior, also did it before the recording.

I don't know if this helps but I was also in the server when this happened, he killed me with FF on the prior map for no reason. He also continued to talk over me when I was warden when I specifically asked for an offmic. I'm not sure if this is true because I never followed up on this but the other day I think he freekilled 2 people.
