Everyone know about the Disconnect Due Slot Reservation but alot of people who try to play have some problems like you're playing and when you're alive you get removed buy if you just remove dead people or afk people or just remove when a donator or admin get online.

Reserved slots are logically supposed to work like this though: a player who decided to gain admin/donor status is a person who decided to tie up with the community, which should give instant mark of appreciation. Correct me if I'm mistaken after all. But the fact of people getting kicked depends if you're one of the unluckys who join as last, almost in any community happens in this way the payoff of the "priviledged people"
