Questions about a gag (1 Viewer)

Apparently I got a gag on 12/26/17 for racism on Dodgeball 2 (https://bans.panda-community.com/index.php?p=commslist&searchText= STEAM_0:0:72870264&Submit=Search).

Now I have some questions.
Talking to a player is considerated racism?
An admin who threatens to ban you 1 month/year is acceptable?

If I get muted for been disrespectful to players/admins maybe I accept it (explaining can be confused as been disrespectful), but impersonated as a racist, please, no.

And I don't have ban for breaking rules.

A comment from who's not related with this thread at all: in the chat there's actually a single sign of racism, but the level of toxicness that you show in game actually is worth a gag though
