Just upload it to imgur and link it here via the image tag.....

It's a bum. I say no, it's not.

No, it doesn't. Pornography is clearly defined as depiction of an intercourse, so, unless there's someone fucking someone on the spray, it's NOT pornography.

I wouldn't even count that as a nude spray if you want my honest opinion. A nude spray in my opnion is when you at least see the p*ssy/an*s or the boobs. The only thing that spray shows, is the sprayer's immaturity and/or age.

It would be appropriate to just spray over it though.

If something is considered as pornographic or explicit, it will result in a ban. Though, the level of judgement differs from admin to admin. That image is not under any circumstances considered pornographic nor explicit since the woman has clothes and is not showing any "private" parts of her body.

Thank you for your question.

Pornographic? That spray??? Please xD
No, seriously, that is not porn. Porn is something completely different.

Let's say in this way:
The content is pornographic if there's any explicit scene of sex or any related obscene/indecent scene, which so includes naked people, and/or show of any genitals (it includes penis, vagina, and... also tits without cover). Scenes from Hentai movies are also considered porn: recorded from real life, or represented/ painted and so on, it makes no difference.
If you need, you can easily reason in this way: Your spray is not pornographic if its content is something which can be watched on TV during pre-watershed shows. Like for TV, also on TF2 and on Internet generally, there are many kids who enjoy it. And, older people must anyway consider that there can be very young children playing with them.

In our case, the backside of this woman is covered, it's not something vulgar, nowadays we see them always in TV, there's nothing bad about it (we are Westerners, not from ISIL, luckily).

I like how you try to bring as much notthisshitagain.png into your posts as you possibly can, all the time
