Quake sounds not working? (1 Viewer)

I've noticed (It's been months now) that quake sounds, except for the Combo Whore one don't work. In the console, when the server tries to play one of these sounds, it says 'Failed to load sound "quake\play.wav", file probably missing from disk/repository'
Also, as far as I know, Zou's sounds aren't working either. Might be a server issue?

EDIT:
So, I asked Hisu today, and she said that quake sounds work for her. Good to know that it's not a server issue. So, how would i go to re-download them?

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Seriously though, have tou tried deleting the sounds from your PC and then rejoining the server so that it redownloads them?

Yes. Yes I have. Not the disable-renable, though. Let me see what happens.

Still nothing, even though they were DISABLED. How. I failed so hard huh? :/
