So me and a friend were playing on ny jb when we both fell into the water underneath the sweeper in obby and as we were both medics, decided to heal each other while we were there. Well, it turns out that it gives you the "Player extinguished." point rapidly, building up the points rather quickly. Yeah, not quite sure if anything can be done about this but put it on the point exploit hitlist or whatever.
