All is squeaky clean!

Who Gave You Permission to Apply?

Spot(s) are once more open.
I'll toss my hat into the ring another time or three, the more applicants the better.

Server You Are Applying For

US Jailbreak

General Times I am Online and Also My Time Zone

I am in the Central Standard Timezone, but no I am not from Texas.
Generally I am online from about 10p.m CST to roughly 4a.m CST.
These times are fairly consistent, and I am often available a little before and after the specified time.

Previous Experience as Admin or Moderator

None whatsoever, but hey I finished high school.

What Would You Say Makes You a Suitable Candidate?

And once more we arrive to the explanation.
I am both well versed in the rules, and have a sizable backlog of reports.
In terms of experience, education, and etiquette, I bring a fair bit to the table.

As cool as it would be to reiterate my prior application from a few months back, I'll keep things short and shrimple this time.
The vibe of Panda is why week after week I see BW and WL players come to our server.
We keep things chill, and our Admin Team is a large part of that prosperity.
Warnings ought to come before punishments whenever possible.
In the advent of punishments being needed, I have the recording tools necessary for reports.

I like this community and want to become a positive force for the player base.
Shrimple. As.

General Overview of Your Policies and Punishments.

(Yes the table is the same with one change, but there is little that warrants change).
(Effective formatting and easy on the eyes).

Bans/Comms (SERVER time)Teambans (Time Spent ALIVE)Accidental MFK (TIME SPENT ALIVE)MFK
1st Offense720 minutes (Half a day)120 minutes240 minutes to 360 minutes.
240 if an earnest accident (I.E flame particles touch more than the intended target), 360 if an accident but easily prevented (firing a rocket at a single rebeller and killing others with splash)
Perma. Zero tolerance for wasting the time of everyone else in game.
2nd Offense1440 minutes (One day)240 minutes720 minutes to Perma (with simular reasoning)N/A
3rd Offense5040 minutes (Half a week)480 minutesPerma regardless of circumstances. 3 MFKs is 3 strikes too manyN/A
4th Offense10080 (One week)PermaN/AN/A
5th Offense40320 (Four weeks)N/AN/AN/A
6th OffensePermaN/AN/AN/A

Other Pertinent Acknowledgements for Bans

(Zero change from prior application)

Alting and or Hacking is a perma.

NSFW Sprays/Objectors/Weapon Names will be given a warning. If no change is made then a server kick.
If they rejoin without change, then a perma spray ban for sprays, or a temp ban a la my Bans/Comms section for Weapons/Profiles.

No mic on blu will be handled with a warning and corresponding team-switch.

Mic problems happen, but if they continue to join blu without a mic they will receive a teamban a la my Teambans section.

Closing Comments

Surprisingly not all too much has changed with lil' ole me.
The prior application was only a few months prior, and nothing earth-shattered has occurred since then.
Like I said at the top, I figured I'd throw my hat into the ring once more.
My last application was met with much positive feedback from many of the community members, so here I am just for them.
Rather confident I haven't missed anything this time, but hey if I had, I'm right here.
I tried to keep it shrimple this time, but I know it was plenty of reading regardless.
Also yes, I found out how to change text colors.
Thank You for Your Time and Consideration!

Hey Pistol.
See no real issues with your application, stacking for accidental mfks is almost there, but is slightly off. Not too much of an issue, you learn stacking as you join the team.
Sessions are fine although I don't particularly notice you doing anything substantial. My main grievance is your lack of reports. I want to see you make some reports whenever there isn't an admin on to handle any given scenario, It proves to us on the admin team that you fully understand our rules and what is/isn't a rulebreak. I'll stick Neutral here. get some reports in and don't be surprised if I change my verdict in the future.

I've got a backlog of reports to peruse, just not much recently.
Things have been pretty calm, but I've been making fair use of !call.
I wanna say all I've seen of late are those with undesirable chatlogs and hackers/alts.
Chatlogs only require a quick glimpse for an Admin once they are !call(ed), and I took a clip of an alt the other day who was promptly banned prior to the end of my play session.
Here is that clip taken the 14th;

Otherwise I got a clip from April of somebody being warned not to mic spam, and I have not seen them mic spam since, hence no report.

Having a backlog is important, but I also don't report every little infraction.
As I said in my application, I tend to warn people of the rules rather than make a report for my own credibility.
Reference to my chatlogs here.

By backlog of reports, I am referring to my reports made HERE on the forums.
My 'history' or 'catalogue' of reports to peruse.
As of recent I haven't made any reports, since there has been little to report.
My history of Accepted Reports can then be analyzed in the absence of current reports.

Hey pistol, I have some clips for you to review. These clips are from old reports. We aren't looking to see if you'd accept or deny the reports we are mainly looking to see how you'd handle the situation if you were present on the server.

Feel free to take your time when it comes to responding to each clip. There is no rush.

Clip One
What we have here pound for pound is an MFK.
One of the Reds affirms that they cannot be killed, which is now true as the warden died and it has become a freeday.
Whether or not Firegears heard/acknowledged this is irrelevant. Three Reds were freekilled.
Either the Blu did not know better and MFK'd meaning they did not read the rules, or they knew what they were doing and knowingly MFK'd.
Normally I am rather lax and prefer warnings, but as I stated in my application I have zero tolerance for MFKs.
This would be a perma ban.

Clip Two
This one seems like an instance I could handle in a more lax way.
Isolated, I believe a warning suffices.
Warn the warden no forcing freedays, let the round playout, and if it happens again, then teamban the warden per the stacking ladder.
I do see the person recording seems to have expected this outcome, implying they have caused failrounds/freedays prior, but by itself the singular instance ought to be resolved with a simple warning.

Oi! I saw what was here! @Nergal Nergalton

It's a valid question and I take no offense.
The answer is yes without a doubt.
Just like I wouldn't be cool someone I know drinking and driving, I wouldn't let someone I know bend the rules either.

Hey Pistol.

Thanks for taking my question cool. I apologize for being too personal with that one. That was stupid of me.

I like your responses. I feel you have improved from your last app so I will give you a +1.

The answers you gave were the ones i was looking for, thank you for taking the time to answer them.

So heres where i am at,

You have a lot of potential and you have a good head on your shoulders and you have the experience to back it up. I really dont have any issues with who you are interpersonally connected with on the server as long as you don't put yourself in a position where it would pose as a problem. Looking back at your prievious app, i was pulling for you considerably but you really messed up with that Human situation and it still bugs me to this day. However, I am hoping that you've learned from that conversation and it wont be a repeated problem.

Your app is really well made, i love the format but the color format really bugs me with the forums on dark mode but thats nitpicky and don't hold it against you.

I was ready to support your previous application but you really let me down with the human situation. I think you still have a solid shot but i need to see you continuing to work on your proffessionalism and keeping yourself out of trouble.

Neutral for now, willing to change my vote pertaining to how you act during your app process.
