Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute: I think this was faulty, simply because 2 years ago i had a shitty laptop and it could not withstand 2 applications run at the same time. Also i miss the server and i want to go back .

This really doesn't explain the situation well. You could elaborate more, but I believe by default this must be accepted.
A similar appeal was brought up recently from an old SMAC auto-ban, and the issue of faulty detection was briefly touched on.
