As someone who doesn't really know what is happening; what is happening? Are there lag spikes? Is your mouse 2 button not working? I'm confused.

Severe lag spikes, major join and leave lag, constant freezing. Things that have been addressed to the current adminstration on the server several times yet nothing has even been tried/done. As a previous panda admin requesting some help with these issues previously, nothing remains to be done about this on going issue. 90% of the playerbase can attest to this and no -insert smart mouth's name here- it has nothing to do with my computer. It's perfectly capable of running the most extreme graphic heavy games. I highly recommend a server restart of some sort. Something.

I can't say restarting the server will solve the spikes, or if there is packet loss et cetera. But perhaps it will resolve a handful of non functioning plugins at the least.
@Kevin can you hop on TX, and maybe even NY and give them a reset, pretty please?
