I decided to apply for myself, although I'd like to become an admin to help out the likes of Adoruby, Foxhound and the other admins who frequent the 24/7 Deathrun servers.

I'd like to apply for the 24/7 Deathrun servers as I frequent these servers a lot and greatly enjoy them.
- Do you have a microphone? (This is a minimum requirement for Jailbreak admins)
Yes, I frequently use my microphone on both of the Deathrun servers.
- Your previous experience as Admin or Moderator:
I have no official experience as either an Admin or Moderator.
- Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod?
I have no experience with SourceMod, but I'd like to believe that I'll be able to learn quickly. I'll likely have a list of commands available on hand, probably in a notebook of some form which will likely be on hand.
- Why should we choose you to be part of our team?
I'd like to believe that I'm mature enough to be part of the team.
Despite myself not even being a donator, since I frequent the Deathrun servers, I attempt to enforce the rules that I'm aware of (i.e. porn sprays/objectors, disapproving of micspammers, etc.) to the best of my ability.
I'm very active on the Deathrun servers as well, I don't show up everyday, but I frequent it enough to be known by regulars and admins/mods alike.
I'd like to believe that, assuming that I would be given the position of admin, I wouldn't abuse the power. I try to remain as chill as possible, and try to stick to my motto of sorts, being "life's too short to be salty."
I'm fairly certain I've never had any red flags on any of the Panda servers, so my record is clean.
- Finally, please briefly explain how you would do your job, e.g. a general overview of your policies and punishments.
Chat:
I view spam as people overusing binds (such as Lenny faces or long paragraphs of text).
For those who spam in chat, warnings would be issued. 2 warnings would be given before a gag would be issued. The severity of the spam would dictate the length of the gag given, although should the user in question be spamming insults, then this would likely result in a ban.
People who use a language other than English in either chat or voice chat would receive warnings before a gag would be administered.
Voice chat:
Micspammers (people playing songs or being loud and obnoxious) would receive a warning, and if they didn't stop they'd receive, at minimum, a 3 hour gag. If they are known for micspamming, they would receive a ban for a set period of time, or depending on the frequency of the micspamming, a lifetime ban.
Users with bad mics would receive a warning to fix their mic or to stop using their mic. If they continued to use their mic, they would receive another warning before a gag would be issued.
If a user is harassing another user, if it makes them uncomfortable or if the harassment is obvious, a warning would be issued. Should the user continue to harass another user, a gag would be issued. A similar stance would also be taken on racist comments, and this also applies to chat.
Hackers:
If there is enough evidence to a user hacking, the user would receive a ban.
!call abuse:
Warnings would be issued, and should it continue, a ban would be issued for 24 hours.

Exploitations of the map:
The user would be slayed and a warning would be issued. If they continue, they would receive a 24 hour ban.
Offensive/porn sprays/objectors:
The user would receive a warning to change their spray/objector, and should they not change it they would receive a ban for 24 hours, or 48 hours if they are a repeat offender.
