Meloetta is a psychic/normal type pokemon, wich is very attractive because:

????Normal typing means she is related to humans because being human is normal (????????????????????!!!!!!)
????Being psychic makes her very intelligent wich takes me to the next point

-Albert Einstein was smarter than a human adult
-Human adults can consent
-Meloetta floats
-Eisntein couldn´t float
-therefore Meloetta>Einstein>Human adult

Therefore Meloetta could give permission for a hug

She is a musical pokémon and sings with her cute voice

HER HANDS LOOK LIKE MUSICAL NOTES THATS SO CUTE CUTE CUTE CUTE AND BEAUTIFUL:
-She doesn´t need fingers because she is psychic
-Musical notes fit in her looking because she is musical

She has such an aura of armony and peace around her, it is probably because she is psychic to the point of lacking inner conflict so she is forever peacefull and willing to enjoy life

Also she is genderless
