Yesterday, everyone has the same problem. Kevin restarted the duel server, then it worked.
But, every people that cames a while after this restart don't actually have their items.
With me, I have my items and my weapons but I can't change them.

I'm about to report this on the bug section.

Valve fucked up servers with the same IP. Item Servers are overloaded due to the update... etc etc.
