Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute: It's been a month since I've been gagged. I still believe the gag wasn't needed at all due to it being a joke, there was not malicious intent.

Sadly as @Teddi has resigned it looks like I'll be handling this appeal. The gag is rather debatable if it was a necessary or not, but I still believe ungagging you would be the best option here!
