Do you mean like a panda app that is this website and shows server status'? If so i feel that that could be something developed maybe one day but would require some money and time that im not panda quite has at the moment. The development would require a team and people to constantly be updating and tweaking the app and im not sure the exact income of panda, but i have not seen that many donators overall theses days.
