Hello Pandas.
Recently i found out a game i had (War of the roses) has shut down, the servers are offline. I want to get a refund but steam won't give my money back stating i have too much playtime. What can i do ?
Eh, I wouldn't say that. I refunded 4 games because I simply didn't like them, and received my money back within 12 hours - 1 day. If you meet the refund policy, they'll automatically accept your request.

No I mean like the complicated issues. It's easy enough to just accept a bunch of inquiries that fit a standard yes or no policy, but for cases such as OxyGen's case it's pretty hard to work with the current system.
lmao i have over 40 games in my library that i can't even play due to my laptop not being able to handle them. be glad you got 300 hours of playtime on it!
