Heavy will be honest, Heavy is not an ideal candidate, Heavy is just applying because of the deteriorating situation of Freak Fortress as micspammers and toxicity is becoming more common place on the server, and heavy just wants something to be done with it.
Heavy may not be ideal for job as Heavy would be reluctant to ban or mute players and so Heavy will rely on warnings several times before action is taken.
Heavy would be unlikley to issue any ban lasting more than week unless the offender as broken issue multiple times.
