If your flashlight does't work you came to the right spot.
When you turn on flashlight and it only gives a little light to your weapon and just brights the prop around you that means that the flashlight is not working for you so here is the solution.
1. Enable your console with ~ (click here to enable console) NOTE: If console doesn't open just reset TF2
2. Open console and put these 2 commands "r_dynamic 1" and "r_dynamiclighting 1" (without the " ")
After you have done this your flashlight on Slender Fortress should. When you close and open the game and one of those 2 commands or both of them have changed back to 0 that means you are using some kind of script to improve your FPS on tf2.
To fix this you will need to go to the file where you have putted your script find
"r_dynamiclighting 0" and "r_dynamic 0" and change 0 to 1 "r_dynamic 1" "r_dynamiclighting 1"
If it still reset then you need to remove the "-dxlevel 81" or "-dxlevel 90" steam library, right click on TF2, chose set launch and remove it. (you don't need to keep that command there because it takes effect after you open and close TF2 for the first time after you putted the command there)
Still not fixed? Well good luck then because this is all I know.
