I have seen admins private message people, and it would be a very useful tool. Right now I would like to private message an admin and tell them about the report about a player on the server, but I have no idea how.

You can send a message to all admins on the server by typing in teamchat and starting your message with the "@" symbol

For example the message,

@ Hello admins

would send the message "Hello admins" to all admins on the server. If there are no admins online you can use the !call command with a custom reason instead.
