I could add this if you don't know your demo's name :
Open TF2 => Press shift+F2
You'll see this panel :
You just have to press load and find your demo, and it's done
(They usually are recorded in tf\demos)
Also Gold forgot to tell you something, if you're using playdemo to see a demo, the file needs to be in your tf folder, not in tf\demos
