I keep typing my name, and profile address, into Comms and Banns and has yet to get any results.

I really need help finding it,

Your ban is related to Jailbreak, you should state that because our guard-bans are not publicly viewable. If you want to try and appeal the ban you can post in this section using this template. Be sure to list your correct Steam 32 ID and state that it's a guard unban appeal.
