Having difficulties joining (1 Viewer)

I typically play on the 32 player 2fort server but ever since two days ago I can't join, doesn't matter if there's 30 people or 3 it always says server is not responding, not sure what to do

Not sure if it's client side or server side, sometimes it may say it has like 30 people but really has 32 (they're just connecting), had it happen to me before where it'd have a not responding or when I joined kicked me due to slot reservation as those slots were already filled and the client side was just slow in processing and let me "join". The only solution I'd tried is check the "Join The Server As Soon As A Slot Is Available" or go to console and type "connect [server IP]" which in this case would be 193.38.251.1:27015. I'd also strongly recommend bookmarking it as US server has been known to disappear and if it does it might be a server-side problem for the time being.
