I was a Admin on 2fort server.
Sadly I was only a Scarecrow to players I just had tag named [admin] it was long time ago and I don't remember server
And I never lernt sorucecomands

- Why should you choose me?
I'm friendly guy who love playing o Freak fortress #13 server.
often I see players who are unhappy because boss is camping or there is rulebreaker. I would like to Panda servers were more guarded and it's nice to have played

- Gags/Bans/Mutes
Every rulebreak other than hacking will involve two warnings.
Micspamming there are 3 options.
Option 1 If microphonespamer is young kid who don't speak english I will warn 2 times them add a short time mute.
Option 2 If microphonespamer is pepole who finish 16 years but he is screaming I will do the same way as Option 1
Option 3 If microphonespamer is pepole who finish 16 years and he is just commenting play I will start a vote to turn low his microphone
Insulting will involve two warnings If the player does not care anything about it. He/she will recive a short time gag
If the same person will come again and start being toxic it will recive one warning after that it will recive ban Longer than the previous two times
After 6 mutes it will recive pernament ban
Hacking Every hacker will be pernamnently banned from all servers they will be also reported to Valve
Racism will involve two warnings.If this person still will be racist he/she will get short time chat and voice gag(I can ofert help to victim of racism)
Teaming as boss(Only on Freak Fortress)it will involve two warnings. After that boss will be slayed
Chat spaming will involve two warnings. After that player will be muted
Custom reasons I will quicky jump into server with rule breaker I will colect feedback and I will punish him/her

Hans is a friendly guy,that enforces the rules whenever there is or not an admin on the server. He is friendly,and always there to help a new member or to give a tip to anybody on the server.

So...

The application isn't ideal. I see spelling mistakes but I've noticed they are typed up how you would pronounce it through voice suggesting he knows English well enough just isn't good at typing it as speaking it. As for anything else the why you want to be admin is a little boring as for the punishments need greatly improving. A little stricter and some knowledge on how to deal properly with hackers will do.
Also just realized it's copied and pasted from previous application with some things added here and there
His/Her sessions are solid, I don't see anything wrong in his/her chat. Seems to be online when other admins are. Has gags for this year.

A couple of questions ;
  • Why is it that your forum profile says you're 23 when you say here you're 22?
  • On your steam profile it says you will not accept children as your friend. What do you mean by that?
  • What is the name of the server that you scarecrow'd on? Are you in charge of any server at this current time?

Also @TekkitFappit please search via steamID instead of name on sourcebans. It showed up clear making me think he/she was clean when he/she isn't. Please keep this in mind next time.

Ok @Madact ,was the first time I was posting Comms and Bans,will keep that in mind.

This applications is improved version of old one (invalid because I was appling 26 days after first one)
I'm 23 but I wrote 22 it is missclick I was writing it at night when I was tired.
Why I do not accept children? In my history of playing tf2 I met some young children who begged of free hats I don't most of them I don't remember
And I don't remember name of id of server and no I'm not admin now probably

He does seem like a pleasant and helpfull person.
I do recall him enforcing some rules
For the rest i don't know him that well but like Madact said. you should improve your punishments abit, but other then that...
I'm willing to give him a chance +1
 
Well.. could follow a general punishment lenght like for gags/mutes/bans 4h-12h-1day-1week-1month-perm

What can I say. Again player who I rarely play or even see ingame. But most of the time what Ive noticed, you seem to be friendly person

Sessions are fine, chat is fine but please use / instead of. You remind people about the rules time to time which is again good start for becoming admin. But only thing that left me confused was ur call that u made about a month ago. Its reason was nsfw spray, I came to handle and it was just a random harmless spray. I asked you about it and you told me that it indeed is a porn spray. First thought that u were baiting and I was about to ban you for it, but didnt. No offense, but think before act in future

Now the app. Rushed basically. What doesent help your case that you copied some from your previous app and it still has numerous spelling mistakes in. I dont judge you for it because we all dont have perfect english like myself. But even the worst english speaker can make great app, with little to no mistakes if you would only take your time in your app so it would become more enjoyable for the reader.

You shouldve included questions too or atleast add numbers to answers and you overcomplicated your punishments

"Lack of knowledge" doesent really make much sense to me, sure you couldve looked up others policies and get the general idea out of it but in the end the knowledge comes in the server. Neutral
