Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban: It has gotten quite annoying not being able to talk in chat and having to try and act out what i want to do for LR or DR in the Jailbreak server.

It is a punishment for not following the server rules, which you didn't. That generally means that things might become inconvenient and annoying because you didn't follow the rules. I'd recommend reflecting on what lead to this predicament and try not do it again so that you won't gagged permanently, as that is the next stack level. I don't think this is a valid reason to be ungagged.
