so i got a ban permanent for trash talking?

i could argue thats a bit harsh of a ban since it was my first ban for trash talking

After talking with Madact we agreed that it is a little early for an unblock.

To help you understand why your punishment ist what it is and why we decided to decline the appeal:
We have a stacking punishment system on panda meaning each consecutive ban or block is longer thant the ones before it up to a permanent punishment.
In your case you have received enough punishments in recent years for it to be permanent.
We decided to decline it based on the recency of your punishments and lack of understanding/apology. You did promise to not break the rules again, however you did not acknowledge that your previous offenses were inappropriate.

Feel free to appeal again in a couple of months.
