Concurrently this hale has gone through at least several stages of rebalances to the point where it went from a instant environmental damage teleport abuse hale, to that of a glorified roamer soldier that tickles people to death and takes ages to both kill him or the enemies he has to chase around the clock.

This hale sucks, is easily countered, takes forever to kill or kill people, and no matter how many times it gets its rocket launcher tweaked it's going to be shit by its core design (adheres to the mvm major crits' beggar's bazooka balance), so I'd like to propose these changes for the hale:

Renamed major crits jr to major trolldier jr
  • Reduced the overall health formula per player by -45%
  • Removed extra push force taken
  • Removed extra critical damage taken
  • Removed the ability to use spy sappers to stun the hale
  • Retweaked the core weapon (rocket launcher) to that of a non-damaging airstrike attributed rocket launcher
  • +50% faster reloading speed, +100% clip size, automatically refills 20% ammunition every 5 seconds
  • The hale's default movement speed is now 240
  • Gave the hale a 175~ damage (525 damage on crit) market gardener, provides +25% movement speed whilst active
  • Now has incredibly high knockback resistance (80%) and airblast resistance (85%)
  • Rage reworked to now give a weapon on rage and different condition buffs:
  • For 8 seconds on rage you'll gain:
  • Mannpower haste
  • Speedboost buff
  • Battalion's backup buff
Rage weapon:
  • Direct hit shotgun
  • Shoots direct hit-like rockets that deal critical damage to explosive jumping enemies
  • instantly destroys buildings (takes two to kill wrangled sentries)
  • clip of 6
These changes would make the hale more fun to play and probably against, yes it would make it a lot harder to use but in the long run wouldn't make rounds feel as stalled out as they're currently ending up being.
 
I already said this in the discord but I think we should stop with the mobility-focused hales since it's obvious that they don't work well on panda...

I think it would be good to have the boss replaced with some unique Scout/Pyro boss since we barely have any of those.

I'm not sure what the big idea here is. You're making a hale that’s already incredibly unfair/annoying in the right hands even more frustrating.

This 'skill-based FF2' road trip of yours, with mobility hales left and right, is becoming very boring. Instead of buffing, replacing, or taking a completely different approach to fix Major Crits, we're turning him into another 'mobility menace' that only a handful of people enjoy.

A bit late for a reply considering the poll closed, but I felt like I've had to put this forward.
