So, after several months of not working on it, I think there isnt much more i could do to it.
It took me quite a bit of thinking of what is missing but there is really nothing left.

Suggesting this Class Rush Event made by me for FF2 from scratch.

What is this Event about?

It gives the not Boss team a possibility to have a round where everyone in that team is forced to play one class.
Following classes are blocked from ClassRush:
- Scout (Temporary)
- Sniper (Permanently)

The chance of this Event is set to 5%.
Classes will give the Boss upsides and downsides.

Soldier
Boss Upsides
- Increased Speed Movement.
- Decreased taken damage from Goomba Stomps.
- Buffed Super Jumps: Reduced Cooldown and more height.
- Teleporting Hales will have a weak Lunge.
No Boss Downsides

Pyro
Boss Upsides
- Increased Airblast reduction by 50%.
- Immune to afterburn.
No Boss Downsides

Demoman
Boss Upsides
- Decreased taken damage from explosives by 35%.
- Decreased taken damage from crit melee damages by 50%.
No Boss Downsides

Heavy
Boss Upsides
- Increased reduction in push force taken from damage by 20%.
- Melee damage multiplied by 1.3.
- Decreased taken damage from Bullets by 15%.
- Decreased taken damage from Crits by 15%.
Boss Downsides
- Increased taken melee damage by 15%.

Engineer
Boss Upsides
- Deals more damage to buildings.
- Engineer's cannot use The Wrangler.

- Sentry Damage Resistance will increase by the amount of players.
If 5 players or more, 10%
If 10 players or more, 25%
If 15 players or more, 45%
If 20 players or more, 75%
If 24 to 32 players, 90%

- Push force taken by damage resistance will increase by the amount of players.
If 5 players or more, 20%
If 10 players or more, 40%
If 15 players or more, 60%
If 20 players or more, 80%
If 24 to 32 players, 90%
No Boss Downsides

Medic
Boss Upsides
On RAGE: Medics will lose 25% Ubercharge meter within the rage range.
No Boss Downsides

Spy
Boss Upsides
Spy's cannot use Cloak meter.
BLOCKS one Backstab attempt
No Boss Downsides

Changes to the current stats will be made If necessary.
Feel free to post ideas if you like but I think for now no more changes are required unless you want to suggest a change to the current stats because something seems underpowered / overpowered.
 
I see you didnt add scout or sniper to the class rush. what are the reasons?

I couldn't port the plugin into the FF2 plugin cause of issues and where i could have blocked the passive rage gain when there are only Scouts left.
For Sniper, there were no way that could have worked to make Sniper balanced, maybe in the future.
Might have to keep Scout blacklisted permanently aswell.

I Think sniper can be balanced by removing his climb and giving boss more knockback resistance
Again, need to port the class rush plugin into the FF2 plugin which didnt work out.
