Hi,

I want to suggest two possibilities to nerf Demopan.

first thing I would like to suggest is to make him take a specific amount of damage when he charged.

second thing I would like to suggest is making him use a amount of rage when he charged.
 
Adding a higher cooldown is my suggestion for him, hes always charging around way too fast adding a rage cost should be between 5-10% imo,

overalyes he needs a nerf.

Yeah I agree, perhaps a longer shield cooldown by 3-4 seconds could do it..?
Anyway, I was thinking of 15% rage usage.
If people like, we can add the longer shield cooldown and the rage usage.
 
Reducing rage on charge seems pointless in my opinion, I think the bigger issue is how often he can charge. I'd say increase the cooldown to 7-8 seconds and if possible add a cooldown before first use so he can't charge as soon as the round starts...
