Greetings, I want to add a new FF2 boss on the US FF2 Server. The freak name is soldine

Class:Soldier
Weapon:Shovel
Abilities:Superjump, Weighdown
Rage:Adquires a random rocket launcher with special properties

Soldine doesn't seem to bad to add, only thing I would change is jump cooldown since he has alot of jump velocity

Tbh, another thing he had that needed to be removed was the 100%black box since it was the most op rocket launcher for him because it was like sam one.

I decided to fix the Soldine cfg since I noticed some things wrong with the sound files in the config.
This new config should work better and have no errors.

Just decided to fix it since I had free time and noticed it while looking at the cfg.
