failed to load steamui.dll (1 Viewer)

Yup i got this Stupid Problem now wich prevents me to start Steam. Yesterday Morning i was able to play TF2 and now since Yesterday evening this Problem pop up out of nowhere.

I already tried to

Delete SteamUI (Didnt work at all)
Delete libswscale-3.dll (At first it looked like it would work but nope wont work as well

Anyone else has a Idea how to fix it ? Cause im already lost faith to fix this anyhow

Yup People are all saying the same Thing

Either delete SteamUI or libswscale-3.dll but both of this aint working. Sad Fact is that my Origin is working fine and i never had Problems with it.

Well Guys i fixed the Problem, ive found ourt that my Hard Drive was causing alot of Problems so i had to delte it and create a new one (Dont worry i made a Backup on my Steam) and Steam works fine again.
