Both surfed or hung on the edges till the round ended. Ik that my first 'Warning' wasn't as much of a warning, "go down", but both players are regulars and are aware that doing this is an exploit. I did say, "Do not exploit" but that was at the end of the round.

Warned twice or thrice. Also warned by others. It also sounded like he said the N-Word at one point but the mic quality was so bad, I couldn't tell. Racism clip is included (RacismMaybe.mp4).

Other people warned him about the mic in-game too.

I was not sure whether or not I should have warned the player since it has been said that "Racism and Hacking do not need a warning". If this type of situation (Racism in a cosmetic/weapons name/description), does require a warning before reporting, then I feel it should be clarified in further detail. Unless it is already clarified somewhere.
