My guard ban is expired but I'm still guard banned, someone help.

How may I appeal this?

You can fill out the appeal template here and make sure it’s in the “You are banned?” tab. Since it’s a guard ban it won’t appear in source bans so there’s won’t be a source ban URL. Try to fill it out as much as possible and if you have any confusion on it you can always ask for help.
