I just watched the footage and he is actually hacking, locking on someone's head, flicking, and can see through the spy's disguise.

Yeah he was cheating and insulted, but i find it also kinda annoying and silly cause it all started thanks to snipers who will definitely try to get you from the other side of a planet lol
