On Hold Decrease the timer for Special LR rounds (1 Viewer)

I love Market Garden day but it is very very annoying when it drags on for 10 minutes, that for pretty much any LR like freeday for all, HHH etc.
We should make it so that LR rounds only last like 5-7 minutes, lets be real what LR demands you have a whole ass 10 minutes.
This does not include stuff that is still considered a normal round (low gravity, custom LR, etc).

But, people like me go into medic in Market Garden Day as heavy and stay there until 10 mins or I'm the only one left and no amount of skill can kill a medic camping heavy other than teamwork

Due to how lr's are set up in the old plugin this is something else that will have to wait on redux. I'll mark this as pending for now but it will have to wait on redux being finished and fully implemented before it can be worked on.
