Completed Create a form for reports, appeals and applications (1 Viewer)

Since all of these already have a set template why isnt there a form that you can fill out?
Something like this

Would make the process a lot more accessible and easier for other people! (Not just reports but punishment appeals and application forms would be cool too)
Obviously switching out the text on the left for pandas own template.

Before we vote I believe there was an attempt at this but it was either unsuccessful or not finished.

(It does cost $30 though. But well, Everything on xenforo costs money anyways)

Not a bad idea, not sure how well it would work for larger reports without it getting confusing. Especially for JB, the reports are often rather long and it is easier to keep it all in one thread instead of having 50 different report threads for fulls to go through.

So far, as we all know, is either complete or still in progress. So far we have done small changes but it is being used.

Does anybody have any suggestions towards it? I've got a couple of ideas on how to improve input such as the correct steamID and maybe if possible adding a link to a thread / wiki explaining in detail how to make one if confused by any field.
