It's pretty easy.
After installing mumble it'll ask you to connect to a server. Simply fill in the boxes as stated with the information in the picture (except for username: mermite, cause that's me :3)

Port: 64738
Username: <What you want people on mumble to call you>
Boom! You can now join in on the drama, gossiping and arguments all over mumble.
