Completed Cheap fix (1 Viewer)

Ever wanted to heavy exploit? Well too bad, here is a small fix I've made.
SPOILERS : Untested in Every Gamemode that existed in TF2
so far, works fine with FF2 and vanilla TF2

EDIT: added a tiny condition to ensure player is indeed exploiting.
