• migrated the Slender Fortress 2 Server
• migrated the Deathrun Server
• added an new Prophunt Server

General:

• added tfdb_campout_a2 and tfdb_spookylava_a8 to DB 1+2 and USA
• updated SourceBans (now supports fully ID3)

Still useful i.m.o.
Banning via web still works, only the ban doesn't. But that's fine .
