• added the CallAdmin Handle feature for admins
• added some color to the CallAdmin outputs
• added the ability to tag people in the shoutbox (with notification)
• added more smileys and getting them directly from the steam cdn
• fixed an issue with the PriceCheck plugin caused the players to "lag" (hope this one works, let me know incase not @Stabbin)
• fixed the /me chat on Slender Fortress to prevent people from talking while being Blue @Nightascythe
• general update of plugins

Fixed an issue with the PriceCheck plugin caused the players to "lag" (hope this one works, let me know incase not @Stabbin)

This should fix issues with dodgeball rockets freezing or players lagging, @DeadSworn, @Dio Brando and @Asuna give us some feedback on whether this issue is fixed, if you want to.
