an admin said i got permanently banned from guards for massive free killing but i am pretty sure i have't massive free killed in any server actually. maybe this is an accident? if i actually did it was probably a long time ago and i am really sorry

No, that's your Steam Community profile number (or 64ID? One of those two.). You need the Steam32ID like PNN said.
