Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute?
Because i was banned without warning.
 
You were probably Dispenser Blocking aka Blocking the teleport into that room with a dispenser so that they get stuck. That is now against the rules aswell as blocking with players or any type of buildings

@Da Random Please give your opinion on this unban appeal

Besides its only a day..Can't you wait it out?

In addition to this, The other team was blocking rooms aswell with teleporters and nothing was done about that.

I get that it's a day, and it sucks to wait, But it should be a written rule to warn first.
otherwise people would get banned for things they unknowingly did wrong
 
I dont think teleporters can get a player stuck after they teleport onto it from a portal
 
People skip over the message and i don't have proof because i got killed instantly by a sentry and i don't have super fast fingers or take random screenshots of everything

You know that there is a thing called spectator mode so you can fly around to get demo's and screenshots of them breaking rules
And is really a day so much of a wait? Just chill man and let the ban run out
 
Can't see them anymore now can i?, Din't come to mind when i got banned like nearly instantly after.

I'd like a response from an admin, not just a member

I saw you having a dispenser that blocked the portal exit, and I banned you accordingly. Defending that Nether room is fine, but using your buildings to block isn't.

Admins are not in any way forced to warn users whenever they break rules. I rarely warn users, though I feel that I should not need to warn the user. As it's the player's responsibility to make sure he is informed about the rules.

You mentioned that the other team was doing the same at the time, you do realize that admins can't have eyes everywhere right? If I would've seen them doing it I would ban them as well, though as of writing right now I am not seeing anyone using their buildings to block.

I am not familiar with the situation, but I can say that your reason is quite silly. A lot of people get banned 'without warning' because their acts usually don't deserve one. Also, it is possible that at the time you were playing there was no admin on the server, so a player reported you to a full online admin on steam, and he used his magical skills to ban you.

This is not correct, the rules are written here:

#25 – Trade:

• No buildings blocking teleportation areas
You must not block teleportation areas(both inbound and outbound) with dispensers/sentries/teleporters in an attempt to trap the enemy team. This applies to all teleportation areas.

Also, the lenght of the ban is justified because:

1. You had already recieved a ban not too long ago

2. I never play on the Panda Trade servers, but assuming how many bans and complaints I've seen on dispenser/sentry/teleporter blocking, I believe it's quite frustrating to play against a person that does it.

Overall, if it means anything, my verdict for you is to wait out the 1 day ban, and not to do what you've done today, but it's Da Random who has the call on this, as it was he who banned you.

EDIT: TL;DR -1 on this unban appeal for me
 
My first ban was Revoked because my name popped up over a pornographical spray which wasn't mine. So yea
 
Apologies on that then, didn't notice it said unbanned, but my final decision still stays.
 
Just saw the unban, I will agree to lower the length to 4 hours. But next time, make sure you know the rules before jumping into the game.

Edit: Will leave thread open for a little moment, in case anyone still wants to reply.

That or anything else that breaks the rules, I have a feeling if we see you here again, saying you were again banned without warning, we won't be as lenient because that would imply you haven't learned from your mistakes. ;)
