As you can see over here in the screenshot the guy who skipped has a N&B Flamenco, and the coincidence that you actually own one!

This is some kind of next-level egocentrism ngl, and what you have said really doesn't make any sense, if everyone else can follow that rule there's no excuse for you to break it because it's 'too hard to not do it'.

Now speaking of your ban, there is no reason why it should be removed or challenged in any way, as the evidence we have is more than enough to say so.
You're gonna wait for what's left of your punishment.
