i do not even know the referenced account that supposedly is my alt, i havent made any alts ever since i have registered on steam. i also dont have any vac banned accounts.
Are you maybe using a VPN? The ip you used is flagged on our community, that's why you account got banned.
I can only suggest you to avoid using a VPN next time
