Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute: I had an account named " ★●AITTAM●★ " that got banned for 2 day (i don't remember the reason), i don't use that account since 2018 because i lost it,
and only today the "console" decided to ban me. I'm sorry if is considered duplicate account, but now i have only 1 account ( Matt ★ ) and i don't use the other anymore because i lost credentials for the login

The "accounts" you listed are just name changes on the same steam account. You were probably perm banned because a different account playing on the same IP as you was also banned, maybe an admin could shed some light.

If anything, you were banned from #09 Deathrun so it'll be down to;

Or the admin who issued the initial ban to cause console to ban for dupe account.

i have bought a kaspersky antivirus that has a build in vpn, can may this have caused problems? I don't have other account with perm ban...

I've checked some stuff, this is a mistake, sorry for the inconvenience and/or stress of getting banned out of the blue.

Don't use VPNs, people use them for dumb shit and you're gonna end up being the victim if you're not careful.
