I already told this guy in voice not to advertise and yet stills do it.
thus, noah gave him a warning already for using racial slurs.

Once i said no advertising everyone in the server is blaming on me for absolutely no reason, Which is kinda funny. XD

Warnings are not required for reports only evidence, names, a steamid and the rules they broke. Warnings are good to have nonetheless.

Accepted. @TRGGB2 if somebody has committed a chat offense, you can link their chatlogs which is direct evidence rather than screenshots without a name or steam ID showing.
