Happened 2014/04/10...nevermind, it doesn't matter.
DAje Dupy Za łyszke zupy wiciek09 : It seems to mean that the player "wiciek09" would give an ass for a tablespoon.
The IP correspond to an existant Polish server, he effectively advertised for it.

So, he spammed the chatbox, he advertised for an other server, and he might have offended a player, unless it was his friend.
Anyway, advertising = permanent ban, that's what he just got.
