In general, I have no experience as an admin or moderator on any game or server, but i was an admin on discord servers.
But still I was always interested watching how admins doing their job, so i know how and what to do.

- Suitable candidate explanation
I am playing on this server since 2016, and still playing till this date. I was leaving for some period, but always returned. I was thinking about becoming an admin on this server since a long time ago.
As I said previously, I am almost always free, so no matter what the time is, I can hop on the server and deal with the rulebreakers.
But now, I think that my time has come. I see too much rulebreakers and violators on the server, players always try to call an admin, but they don't respond or joining too late. So I think I can handle that.
I will deal with violators very careful, and I will give them the punish they deserve.
For example: Micspammer is not responding to the warnings I gave him, so I will mute him after that. If he responded but after some time will continue to micspam, I will mute him.
If someone skipped a trap, I will kill him and warn about that. The second time he will be either kicked or banned.
I think that's it. I'm always open to answer more questions if your curious about something.

Il just write based on what little info i have since i havent seen you too much maybe thats cause you play on a later hour than most of us but chat looks decent enough.
app looks okish aside from lacking the whole punishment table working on it might make it look better
as for other things i can advice is try to make some reports or calls to get familiar with the forums a bit more since you havent rly posted anything, sessions i guess they wil pick up if your playing consistantly
In the end i would suggest improving on those things and look at other accepted apps to see how they made the whole thing. Take it with a grain of salt of course if you put in that effort it wil look better in the end.

Hey everyone. Thanks for the respond Stabb! Tried to work on my punishment table according to some other applications that I saw for the past day, and here's what I did:
Comms - (Micspamming, Chat spamming, Caps Lock, Toxic etc.):
1st - Warning
2nd - 60 (1 hour)
3rd - 180 (3 hours)
4th - 720 (12 hours)
5th - 1440 (24 hours)
6th - 10080 (1 week)
7th - Permanent

Bans - (Bhop over traps, Admin Impersonation, Exploiting etc.):
1st - Warning
2nd - 360 (6 hours)
3rd - 720 (12 hours)
4rd - 1440 (24 hours)
5th - 10080 (1 week)
6th - Permanent

I believe that this is it. I decided to warn firstly because I don't like to straight ban people, except if this is hacking or straight insult towards staff members.
And I've got one more question. By meaning "get reports/calls", do you mean that I have to post some rules violations straight from the server to the forum? Just wanted to clarify that I understanded right.

What stabbin means is using the /call command ingame or make reports on the forums like you see Jailbreak players do.
As for the punishment table it seems way too short and ppl wil just leave for some of the punishment since they are short enough that they can just go eat and be back and do it all over again.
Try maybe something like most of us use
example:

a bit more effective since ppl wil see that the punishments arent light
