General online times & time zone​

My timezone is GMT+1 and I'm usually around during the afternoon and/or evening on an almost daily basis. There are instances where it coincides with Fredos activity frequently however it's not rarely the case that he isn't available when I'm there.

Do you have a working microphone?​

Yes I do and I do use it albeit rarely.

Previous experience as Admin or Moderator​

I've been an administrator here twice before for a duration of roughly one and one and a half years respectively.

What would you say makes you a suitable candidate?​

I'm an honest and straightforward person. I speak my mind when I see issues and hopefully provide valuable feedback to work towards a solution.
I always tried to keep a balance between fun and rules although I do put a little more weight on enforcing the rules as I'm of the opinion if a rule opresses the fun more than it actually helps with an issue it shouldn't be a rule. Therefore as long as rules exist they server a purpose and should be followed closely.
I have plenty of experience administrating and I pride myself in a certain degree of expertise when it comes to exploits, cheats and the more technical aspects.
I have always tried, and will continue to try if I get the chance, to bring the community forwards by helping out with suggestions, bringing up forgotten topics and generally trying to achieve progress in some form.
The reason I'm applying right now is because I've noticed things slowing down around the here again. There's also my, by now very old, administration guide that I would like to update. And I of course also want to help out on Mario Kart again now that the server has been revived from it's multi-year death.
I believe the Community can profit from me being involved a little more than just complaining in the shoutbox. Which is one of the things I want to tone down more again as I've been overly agressive at times during these past weeks or months.
I have a lot of experience with and on panda since I've been around for 8+ years now.
Also Madact resigned without finishing the spray threads.

Finally, please briefly explain how you would do your job, e.g. a general overview of your policies and punishments.​

Communication related rules:​

• Offensive languag, Advertising, Spam, Speaking a foreign language: Depending on the severity one or more warnings followed by stacking communication blocks.
• Racism: Depending on the severity probably no warning followed by stacking communication blocks.
• Advertising cheats: A permanent communication block.

Rules of play:​

• Exploiting: One warning followed by stacking bans.
• Cheating/Scamming: Permanent ban.
• Inappropriate Sprays/Names/Objectors: Depending on the severity one or no warning followed by stacking bans or a sprayban if applicable.

Why no warnings? Isn't this against Panda etiquette? I refuse to warn people for obviously extremely racist comments. Similarly I will refuse to warn people for nazi symbolism or borderline child pornography among other things. These things are so blatantly obviously against the rules that there is absolutely no excuse for using them and therefore in my opinion never a warning required.

You were a good admin before, and since the server came back from the dead, another admin would make sense.
When i'm not arround you always give clear warnings to rulebreakers and report them if needed.
All the conversations about map updates, balance or other server/map problems have been very pleasant.
Your involvement in mk is very helpful and having you on the team would be great.
