- Which of our servers do you usually play on and wish to apply for? Would you visit a broader range of servers in case of a report?
I usually play and want to apply for the server #25 Trade, but yes i would visit another server in case of a report.

I never been an admin but i observed how others admin do their job.
- Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod?
No, but i will look for the commands on the internet.
- Why should we choose you to be part of our team?
I'm really like the server, when i see a rule breaker first i try to warn him about the rules and if they don't listen i call an admin, but sometimes admins are not avaible.
- Finally, please briefly explain how you would do your job
Offensive names:
I will warn the player, and then kick him; if he persist i will ban him for 2 hours.
Admin impersonation:
i will warn one time and then i will ban him.
Inappropriate personal content:
i will warn and then kick, if persist ban for 2 hours.
Offensive language:
I will warn and then gag\mute for 1 hour.
Chat spamming:
That are not trade advertisiment, i will gag for 30 min
Speaking a foreign language:
I will warn and then gag\mute for 30 min, if persist kick.
Use of third-party tools:
perm ban.
Exploiting:
warn then kick, if persist ban.
Abuse of the !call:
warn and then ban.
Trade server specific rules:
Sentryguns on the ledge, above spawn:
warn then kick, if persist ban for 1 hour.

Applicant is quite active and regular face on #25, with good sessions from 40min up to even +5h.
From what I've seen on the server, he behaves like supposed.
Chatlogs show rule enforcing, and are otherwise clean, except for this one occasion:

It's hard to form a proper image of the kind of a chatter and person he'd be due to the low amount of entries the chat logs show :/ I don't see anything to be too concerned about, but I would like to monitor the logs and the player in general for some time to get a better idea of his capabilities and what not.
To increase your chances of people liking you, they would need to get to know you better. For that the forums offer an excellent tool, visit daily and maybe join a conversation or two every now and then. That also helps when forming an opinion on you :)

I'll stay NEUTRAL until I have proper information gathered and am able to put something together from it.

ah, those messages, zeprus was effectlively an hacker (whit in chat "get good, get LMAOBox") and was on my team, that day was like the 5th hacker to join and i was going mad.

You can always record him then post a report on forums or send the demo to one of our admins for an opinion, if you're unsure.

I see no lmaobox advertisement in his chatlogs. Perhaps you mistook him for someone else, or was it on another server?
