I apply for the admin role on FF2.
I hope you will enjoy this thread, good reading !
(I specify that, I am French, if there are mistakes, tell me)

- PART 1
(small presentation)

Name/Nickname : Mathieu/Wasker
Age : 19
Steam2 ID : STEAM_0:0:120964910
Online Times and Timezone : I am on the server almost every day, it depends because I work sometimes in the afternoon or in the morning very early but usually I am available often, when I am on the server I stay 1/2 hours.
Do you have a Microphone? : Yes of course, i use it when people use it too.


- PART 2

Previous experience in Admin/Mod : I’ve never been an admin
What Panda Community servers do you usually play on? : I only play Freak Fortress 2 (best mod ever lul).
Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod : A little bit, I know what it looks like
Why should we choose you? : I am someone who is not afraid to put the sanctions, I have more than 300 hours of game on the server (surely more), I am very responsive, leave no pity if the people to be warned are really disturbing
What will you do as admin ? : I would make sure to enforce the rules, apply the sanctions so that the people concerned cannot start again, I am uncompromising, I have already been admin on gmod (darkrp), I never had a warn/ban/gags...

Warnings :

All players not respecting the rules of the server will be punished with warnings.
*A rule not respected = a warning*
If a player cumulates the 3 warnings, he will be kick, after how he behaves.
After that, if he continues he will see the sanctions I will put below.

Punishments :

My sanctions for players (gags/mutes and ban):

☆ Warnings (1/2/3)
☆ 60 minutes / 1 hour
☆ 360 minutes / 6 hours
☆ 1440 minutes / 1 day
☆ 10080 minutes / 1 week
☆ 3200 minutes / 1 month

More Punishments :

✿ If player is AFK (i see before if he is afk) :
ϟ 1 / KICK
ϟ 2 / KICK
ϟ Ban (Based with my punishments).

✿ If Player is cheating (with proof) :
ϟ Instant Perma Ban

✿ If Player spamming mic/chats :
ϟ 1 / Warning player
ϟ 2 / Gags or mute / (Based with my punishments).

✿ If Player camping :
ϟ 1 / Warning player (with message to tell him move)
ϟ 2 / Slay him or Timebomb (i stop it when he move)
ϟ 3 / Kick
ϟ 4 / Ban (Based with my punishments).

✿ Offensive names :
ϟ 1 / Warning player (with a message to tell him to change his nickname)
ϟ 2 / Kick
ϟ 3 / Ban (Based with my punishments).

✿ Offensive language :
ϟ 1 / Warning player (1st and last message, if he insult or hard rage it's an instant ban)
ϟ 2 / Kick player
ϟ 3 / Ban (Based with my punishments).

Wasker! I'll start off by saying that it is nice to see you apply to contribute over here in FF2.
The application is rather short and it looks like you forgot(?) to mention how you would enforce the rules. (Length of each punishment, policies, etc.)
Your sessions are fine by me, considering you have things to do. It would definitely help to have an extra helping hand due to the fact that the FF2 team includes only me and @Monster .

However, I haven't seen you enforce the rules at all.
I would like to see you enforce the rules more often aswell as adding the policies and punishments section. You can take a look at other applications to get an idea of what I'm talking about, it'll give you the right direction of how to approach this.

Staying neutral until I see you enforcing rules and adding what I talked about above ^.
After you do that, I'll be happy to give you +1!

You may camp as red if you are:

• Pyro with the phlog
• Demo with active stickies
• Heavy
• Engineer
• Medic while healing a camping class
• Sniper

You may not camp as red if you are:

• Scout
• Soldier
• Pyro without the phlog
• Demo without active stickies
• Medic while not healing a camping class
• Spy

Hello wasker, i remember seeing you on FF2 a bit here and there but haven't been on a lot when you've been on.
The update on how you go about enforcing rules looks good.
However, when i look at your chat, i see nothing related to enforcing the rules.

I am going to remain NEUTRAL for now, i would like to see you enforcing the rules more.
