I have been Senior Gamemaster (Super Admin) in Private World of Warcraft Servers which granted me the experience when it is appropriate to ban those who violate terms and conditions
I have been an Owner and admin of a Garry's mod DarkRP server
And I have been a moderator of a Habbo Private server

I am very qualified and eager to work as part of the Administration team for the Panda community. I feel like as my contribution as a staff member will ensure that users issue are dealt with fairly. Ensure that users are satisfied with the customer service that i have given to them.
Briefly explain how you'll do your duty as an admin? (tell us about your policies, punishments, etc.)
For minor offences such as:
Mic Spam/Chat Spam/Offensive language: 1st Warning then if repeated Muted/gagged for 30 minutes (Depends on the severity of the situation)
For major offences such as:
Any forms of hacking/cheating or threatening the server: Permanent Ban + report the situation to a higher member of staff (Depending on the severity of the situation)
